Estimating

Just curious as to what you guys are using for residential and (http://maplered.com) commercial estimates. Meaning the one that the customer signs off on. Are you doing them in an accounting program like quickbooks? Custom Microsoft Word documents? Spreadsheets? Software?

We are currently using a word document but may switch to the estimates in accounting software to invoice easier.
